He used to be a graduate student of university Missouri Columbia major in Computer science. When he moved to Springfield, Missouri, his wife young persuaded him to open a restaurant which is totally different kind of Japanese style. Then they finally open the restaurant and they can say it successful.

 

When he stands in the sushi bar counter, he always has one basic desire: to delight and satisfy his customers and to hear them say they have enjoyed an excellent meal. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just like any other sushi chefs, John, begin training as bus boy and dishwasher in the sushi bar, working way up to cleaning fish and washing rice for a long time. An apprentice spends much of his time with his hands in cold water, doing chores in the kitchen.
